My favorite part of all of the Christmas activities was to have our first Christmas at home with the little guy. We waited until he woke up, then we started to make our annual breakfast. I know that in the future presents will probably be the first thing that we do, but since he doesn't care too much yet we started with making breakfast. John's dad came and joined us for breakfast, then his wife came later. Before the actual eating, Tyler took his morning nap, so we ate a leisurely breakfast.
Grandpa Larry feeding Tyler (he has his trademarked open mouth).By the time Tyler woke up, Ginny had come over too. We read the Christmas story from a new book he got from Grandma and Grandpa Shultz (mommy filled in the story where she thought the book was missing some information), then we opened gifts. It was a relaxing morning. .jpg)

"You mean I am not supposed to eat the presents?"
The ball popper was the hit of Christmas!

After Tyler's afternoon nap, Grandma and Grandpa Trimborn and Great Grandma stopped by for a quick visit too.

And still one more Christmas to go . . .
