Happy Birthday Uncle Bob!
In my pursuit of a post a day for a week, I missed yesterday. My excuse is that we drove to Thousand Oaks for my uncle's 60th birthday party. It was our first longish trip with the new guy. We got on the road about 30 minutes later than planned, but we arrived in plenty of time to stop and feed E and get the boys dressed. We left at one, arrived at two thirty, feeding for 30 minutes, arrived at the party at 3:00. The party started at 4:30 with the arrival of the birthday "boy" (the golf game went a little long) and we stayed until 7:30. By the time we left, E was done with people (screaming and crying that would only stop when in a quiet room), while T could have stayed all night. It only took an hour and half to get home with one potty stop for T. T even made it all the way home without falling asleep (must have been the lollipops and cake). Overall, it was fun, but draining. E was so worn out he slept from 10:15 until 6. Here are some highlights:
